Should I stop using Reason 12? It keeps crashing on me while I have a beefy PC...

I have been doing animations for about 7 years, I always used Adobe Flash CS3 Professional, tried newer and fancier programs like OpenToonz or similars not so new like Flash CS6, but still I prefer and use the CS3 Professional, it's light, it's agile, it's simple to use and i'm so used to it.
